This project is the ultimate definition of Southern California living. To bring life to a once-dilapidated single-story home, we tore off the roof, added an entire second story, and reconceptualized the entire home’s flow. We love how the upstairs is one substantial space—kitchen, dining area, wet bar, and great room—with sliding glass doors opening to a gigantic barbecue-friendly deck. What’s more: The project was featured in Pro Remodeler magazine as their “Model Remodel", as seen in video footage and their print magazine.
